After tackling music, fashion, management and marriage, in the year 2011 Shawn Carter has finally gotten into the world of…the Internet. Life + Times is a blog, 9.9 times of out of 10 not manned by Mr. Carter himself. The first thing I noticed was how simple and clean the design is. The site is very easy to navigate, featuring thumbnails that link to stories corresponding with the image. Featuring Style, Leisure, Art & Design, Technology, Music, Sports and a page dedicated to Jay’s postings, the site isn’t much different than yours truly’s. Then again I’m not Jay, so he may get a few more visitors than the 4 or 5 I get here a day.
Being the BUSINESS that Jay is, I’m interested to see where this thing is going, what type of content will be featured in the future and how he will turn this into a profitable business, because that’s where it’s inevitably going, right?
